Capt. HENRY LEATER 2/9th Battalion

Hi, can anyone tell me anything about Capt. Henry Leater please?

The information I have on him is:
Henry Leater, KIA 21st March 1918. Buried in the Villeret old churchyard.
His promotions were Gazetted - I have those dates.
Prior to the war Henry was a tutor at what is now Manchester University.
Henry was the son of Fred & Mary Leater, 41, Broad St. Rhodes, Manchester.
He was aged 25 at time of death.

He was mentioned in despatches - but what for?

MIC attached.

Hope you can help  ;)
