10122 Sergeant Clarence William Gill. B Company. 18th Battalion.The Son of George and Mary and Husband of Amy Gill of 58, Mayfield Street, Levenshulme. A saw mill foreman at Lloyds packing warehouse. Killed in action on the 7th March 1916 aged 32. Buried in Suzanne Communal Extension Cemetery.

10503 Private Ernest Melem. C Company. 18th Battalion. The Son of James and Helen, Husband of Edith Paton (Formerly Melem), of 86, Silverdale Street, Higher Openshaw. A teacher with the Manchester Education Committee. Killed in action on the 8th March 1916 aged 24. Buried in Suzanne Communal Extension Cemetery.
