Thank you very much for replying so quickly - and for the photo and newspaper cutting.

Yes, that is the website. Currently we only have a holding page for Leo and some of the other soldiers, but if you look at the the first two soldiers in the list I've already done the research on them. I'm working on doing the same for Leo Creagh and all the others. When I've finished I will post the link onto the forum for others to read.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Mack
Yes, I’ve got details of John Henry Hollis thank you. I haven’t yet got round to him by way of in-depth research yet though. I’m not sure anyone knows about the other three chaps? Do they have a connection to Netherseal? I can certainly look into them and raise it with the Fifteen Oaks Group. Can I ask where you got the names from?

Hello Jill
I've sent the same message by PM, but
in case you don't get it.

I've split the topic so you have your own topic on

Three medals awarded to Leo Creagh are held in the Manchester Regiment medal collection in Ashton-under-Lyne.  They will be on display when the museum eventually reopens.

Jill, after Robert mentioned that Leo's medals are in the Museum
if you follow the link below there is a very good write up about him.

Do we have a proposed opening date yet?
