Pte Burke enlisted on 28/1/1914.  He embodied with 7th Bttn on 5/8/1914. He embarked for Egypt on 10/9/1914 and returned Home on 8/2/1915.
Discharge dates are inconsistent & no SWB is evident. The Service Record indicates 17/3/1915 and the Pension Card states 31/3/1919. It’s possible Vincent was called up for mandatory service in 1916, which could explain the renumbering in 1917.  He received a Pension after 1919 discharge, for TB of R Lung and General Debility.  There is no confirmation this was attributable or aggravated by service.
Vincent died from TB on 6/11/1920.
Mother Ellen, 54 Portsmouth St, Chorlton on Medlock. Pension Awarded. Medals returned.
