VDH aggravated by service.
PRC's say died from disease n/k. Probably VDH .
Mother Mary Ann Lightburn. Pension Award.

John Dixon died from Croupous Pneumonia at 12 Bunyan St, Ardwick. A Carter. His brother, W H Dixon, was the informant.
